Blake is a Greater Seattle native with over 10 years of real estate experience and hundreds of successful transactions. As Designated Broker, he oversees pricing strategy, negotiations, compliance, and listing execution — ensuring every Roam client receives expert representation from start to finish.

Blake is a Greater Seattle native with over 10 years of Real Estate experience and hundreds of homes sold. Blake resides with his wife and 2 small children in the Edmonds area and lives and breathes the Edmonds/Shoreline community and all that it has to offer.

Sam was born and raised in North Seattle and brings extensive experience helping buyers and sellers navigate both on and off-market transactions. He is known for his hands-on approach, deep local market knowledge, and commitment to guiding clients confidently through every step of the process.
